- When requesting support for game data recovery, Player Name, User Code, Device Model and Brief Details of the incident must be provided as a form of verification
- We will not be able to provide assistance if your game data cannot be verified due to a lack of information, or due to other reasons that lead us to believe we cannot restore your account
- You will not be eligible for events or campaigns launched during your data recovery process
- You will not be compensated for any Login Bonuses that you may have missed during the data recovery process
** Please note that while we try our best, your game data may not be restored in full and some in-game items may not be restorable.
