You can boost the stats of your unit's equipment with using Enhancers through the Enhance Equipment function. It can be accessed from the Menu and Shop. Enhancing equipment will require Zeni and Enhancers.
Choose a piece of Equipment and then choose an Enhancer to start enhancing it.
The bonus stats gained after enhancement are highlighted in green.
