The application may freeze or terminate by itself because of insufficient device memory, or due to other applications running in the background.
If this is a persistent problem, please try the following methods:
- Redownload data from Redownload button from Menu or from the game title screen. (WIFI recommended)
- Terminate other active applications
- Keep at least 2.5 GB of storage space available
- Restart your device
- Uninstall and reinstall the application (make sure you are linked to a Facebook Account to avoid loss of data, including paid Gems)
