Basic Trouble Shooting Steps
THE ALCHEMIST CODE takes up a considerable amount of RAM and internal storage space. If you're experiencing technical issues relating to gameplay/performance and connectivity, kindly take note of the steps below.
● Make sure that you have a stable internet connection. Internet stability contributes to the connection that's being established between you and the server. We highly recommend using a Wi-Fi connection. If you're already on Wi-Fi, try restarting your modem/router and the application.
● Ensure that you have enough RAM by eliminating unnecessary applications running from the background. THE ALCHEMIST CODE requires at least 2 GB of RAM for Android devices and 1 GB for iOS devices.
● Free up at least 2.5 GB of internal storage.
Note: Before proceeding with any of the methods below, please make sure that your game progress is linked to your Facebook account or you're familiar with your User Code and Password to avoid any loss of data.
● Redownload
- Re-launch your game client.
- On the title screen, tap the Re-download button.
- Press Confirm on the message prompt.
- Access the game again through Facebook log-in.
OR
- Tap the Gear Icon on the Lobby Screen(Upper left)
- Go to Options
- Tap Redownload
● Reinstall
- Delete the game and reinstall from your app store
