As much as the Game Support team wants to address each of our player's concerns. It is fastest if you try some of the basic troubleshooting solutions below before contacting Game Support. This way, your issue can be resolved and you can enjoy playing the game as soon as possible.
Most basic problem can be corrected just by performing some of the following steps:
- Restarting the App: make sure the app is properly closed and not running in the background. (May take several tries)
- Rebooting your device fully: Power off your device, wait 30 seconds and switch it on again. Restarting the device cleans out many residual issues or conflicts from apps
