How do I download my game data again?

Note: Before you redownload your game data, please make sure that your game progress is linked to your Facebook account or you're familiar with your User Code and Password to avoid any loss of data. Also, take note of the following:

 

 ● Make sure that you have a stable internet connection. Internet stability contributes to the connection that's being established between you and the server. We highly recommend using a Wi-Fi connection.

 

 ● Free up at least 2.5 GB of internal storage.

 

To re-download your game data:

 

From the Title Screen:

• Tap the Redownload button (Bottom Left). 
• Press Confirm on the message prompt.

                  OR

 

From the Home Screen:

• Tap the Gear Icon (Upper left)
• Go to Options
• Tap Redownload
